Having dealt with numerous waste hauling companies in the past, there always seemed to be a disconnect between value and service, it constantly felt like I was getting either one or the other, never both. The team at GPOD provides the ultimate customer service- they always pick up the phone and also will communicate via text and email, with incredible response time. The cans are clean, the drivers deliver on time, they take care not to damage lawns or driveways and even go out of their way to be friendly with the homeowners. VALUE- GPOD beats the prices of most other waste haulers that I’m aware of and doesn’t crush you in hidden fees or bury you in debt if you go over your rental period. They are reasonable and professional, I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else.
